“Colors of the Dance” is a painting of a PowWow Native American dancer – possibly from the Ute tribe in Colorado. I was so intrigued by the colors, patterns and textures of their dance. I really focused on the details of the costuming in respect for all the work the dancer and his family put into making the costuming.
